Confirmation calls are made 1 day in advance. We, therefore, require 24 hour cancellation notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Failure to comply with this request will result in a charge being placed on your account. If you arrive 15 minutes late for your appointment you may be asked to reschedule at the discretion of the office staff.

8:00 AM - 2:00 PM on Monday
11:00 AM - 6:00 PM on Tuesday
8:00 AM - 12:00 PM on Wednesday
11:00 AM - 6:00 PM on Thursday
